        Rocket Rod bids for a four-timer upped in class and raised a further 7lb. But DESERT LAND (NAP) was beaten only a head at Carlisle earlier in the week having won over course and distance before that with both Frankelio and Devilwala behind and Keith Dalgleish’s charge makes most appeal. Billy Wedge placed here a fortnight ago while Hear Me Roar will be sharper for a recent comeback run.
