      Verdict

      VERTICE just missed out over a longer trip at Wolverhampton last time but had won easily over today’s distance at Southwell before that. Wildmountainthyme has yet to win in 16 attempts though finished runner-up at Hamilton recently. She finished ahead of Haven Lady on that occasion but the soft going was against the latter while Siofra will be sharper for last month’s debut for new connections and this longer trip will suit.
