Verdict
Dandys Gold was only beaten half-a-length behind the hat-trick seeking Devil's Angel over course and distance last month and is 6lb better off. A subsequent run at the track was over a mile but Roger Fell’s mare is hard to catch right nowadays. Spring Romance has run 30 times on the all-weather but is making a first appearance here and may be better with a bend to attack. Spartan Fighter produced a career-best here in January but has disappointed since and a few of the others are having a first run of the campaign. GLOBAL WARNING (NAP) is 2-2 over track and trip and has been a revelation since dropped in distance. He’s only a pound higher than when beating Devil's Angel and Spartan Fighter here in February and Harry Burns’ claim takes care of that.
