    Verdict

KAPONO, a winner over track and trip in the autumn, has slipped back down the weights again recently and found only one too good over 6f at Wolverhampton last month. A return to 7f is in his favour and he may have too much pace in the closing stages for in-form miler Broctune Red. Tipperary Jack has won on Polytrack but is having a first view of Tapeta and blinkered today after being a beaten favourite in his last two. Gweedore seems best on Turf and, like Dulas, lacks a recent run but Gobi Sunset was only beaten a nose off this mark at Wolverhampton on Monday so can’t be ignored.
