Rochester House is a €90,000 son of Galileo out of a Group 3 winner while El Misk’s dam won a Group 2 in South Africa. Both newcomers are worth a market check in this but we’ll stick with the experience of COUP DE GOLD, a much-improved second when stepped up to a mile at Haydock in October and certain to appreciate middle-distances this year. Purdey's Gift showed ability in two starts last year but Well Funded has plenty of improving to do.
