Given the form of runners form the yard of Nigel Twiston-Davies, Tricky Trickster has to be respected on his handicap and chasing debut but it is hard to get away from CALUSA CALDERA, who is taken to go one better than at Sandown last time on more suitable ground conditions, and he gets the vote ahead of Sea Eagle. Henry Daly has his team in good form now so there is every reason to believe that there is more to come from the six-year-old who has to be considered. Vic Dartnell's Double Intruder has yet to win a race but he has shown enough to suggest that he would have every chance here provided that his jumping holds up, having fallen last time. Venetia Williams has her string in good heart at present and her runner Plein Pouvoir has to be of interest having made a promising debut over fences at Uttoxeter recently. Nicky Henderson's Shouldhavehadthat disappointed over fences last term for Ferdy Murphy and it is to be hoped for his backers that he has improved for the switch in stables. Colin Tizzard's Artipreuil has more to do than when successful at Uttoxeter last time and a better bet looks to be the lightly raced Calusa Caldera, who is taken to open his account over fences.
