In depth

Verdict

Successful in a Huntingdon bumper in April, Mister Coffey faces no easy task on his hurdling debut and first start for Nicky Henderson. The filly Who What When had some smart bumper form and could figure if translating it to hurdles. The three-year-old Scorched Earth is penalised for winning at Catterick but can only improve. On To Victory, a useful sort on the Flat, had every chance when falling at the last at Haydock but SHAKEM UP’ARRY was also unlucky at Leicester as Ben Pauling’s charge had just hit the front when falling at the third last. He’s bred for jumping and could go close in this if putting that mishap behind him.
