Yvanovitch was a most impressive winner at Plumpton recently but may find this opposition a lot more taxing and so preference is for Chase The Sunset, with Monty's Island also expected to go close. The selection has only had two outings over fences but is steadily learning the ropes. He jumped well until hitting the ditch on the far side at Ludlow last time and weakened on the final turn but this could have helped bring him on. He doesn't look too badly treated for his handicap debut and is a sporting choice. Yvanovitch beat Acertack in that Plumpton contest, jumping well throughout and scoring a comfortable success. He looks certain to be in the mix again. Monty's Island fell at Windsor last time but had previously jumped well when chasing home Regal Bandit at Taunton, if his confidence hasn't been too dented he should figure in the finish.Claude Greengrass represents top connections and is another to consider, but in a very tricky event, Chase The Sunset just gets the verdict.
