David Pipe can land this prize with My Immortal; the list of dangers is headed by Island Flyer and I'm Supreme. The selection was a beaten favourite in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham last time when he unseated his rider. However, he was a good third behind Gungadu at Sandown prior to that and a reproduction of that effort should make him tough to beat today. Island Flyer will handle the ground and he arrives here in good form, but he is steadily rising in the weights and his 7lbs penalty will make life tough. I'm Supreme won well last time when beating It's Blue Chip at Huntingdon and he is still open to plenty of improvment, but he is arguably better on quicker ground. Mister Potter can go well at a bigger price as Richard Lee's runner has been in decent form and he has his optimum ground conditions. However, we prefer the claims of My Immortal who gets the pick.
