Verdict
Lillington is 4lb higher than when landing this 12 months ago and has shown nothing this season. Billingsley arrives on a hat-trick, however, and looks sure to go well again. DORKING COCK is also on a three-timer and Tom Lacey’s charge has looked a different proposition since dropped back to the minimum trip. He can overcome a rise in grade to score again. Amoola Gold just came up short over course and distance in December but is 4lb higher. Flaminger has something to prove in this grade and Rose Sea Has has been beaten twice off higher marks since making all at Sedgefield. But Eddiemaurice beat useful opposition at Ascot a year ago and won over hurdles here last month so can’t be ignored.
