Quetal, who beat Barryscourt Lad in the Martell Reserve Novices' Hunters' Chase at Aintree last April, will be a warm order here. Fair Wind's second to Hours at Cheltenham in May reads very well and he should give the favourite most to do. Alpha Romana won two hunter events last spring and looks to be best of the rest. The form represented by Folkestone winner, Belvento, and Stratford winner, Pro Bono, looks short of the required level, and it is Quetal who gets a pretty confident vote.
