A wide-open cavalry charge with Ptarmigan Ridge raised 5lb for winning at Chester recently while Mamillius will no doubt be in the mix once again having placed six times in succession. Jim Crowley sticks with recent novice winner Eraad rather than FARAASAH though the latter also has a chance on his fourth over today’s trip at Ascot last month. He finished in front of Highlight Reel on that occasion and more is expected today on only his third start of the year.
