Some interesting stables represented here and from a shortlist of Day Care, Nietzsche and Maid To Treasure, we will opt for Day Care. Day Care is very well bred and showed plenty of promise on his debut when second at Goodwood. Normal improvement on that effort puts him firmly in the picture, especially with his conqueror, Double Deputy, having franked the form by winning at Doncaster yesterday. Jolizero and Ma Yahab need to improve a bit to play a part here but Nietzsche, being a Sadler's Wells half-brother to soft ground Group winner Wannabe Grand, looks as though he could relish conditions and can go well. Maid To Treasure also has plenty to like on breeding and is another that has shown enough to been granted consideration today. Although Sheshalan is interesting in that he is from the Sir Michael Stoute yard, being by Indian Ridge, he is not guaranteed to act on the going, therefore the above-listed appear to be the principals, with Day Care looking the one they all have to beat.
