      In depth

      Verdict

Serene Beauty was no match for the winner over 1m2f at Sandown recently and attempts this longer trip for the first time. MOONRISE LANDING is preferred as she was beaten only a head over today's distance at Newmarket in a higher grade contest last month and that looks stronger form than Northern Meeting's second at Salisbury. Melodious failed in a bid for hat-trick when well beaten at York back in May but the less exposed Spacelab is not out of this off her current mark.
