The Waterman was staying on strongly when runner-up over 5f at Salisbury so it was no surprise when he won over this trip at Wolverhampton. Sweet Pursuit comes here with a penalty for last week's victory at Windsor but is still looking well handicapped while Soyounique completed a double in the spring but looked a few pounds high at Wolverhampton last time. SIBERIAN NIGHT was having his first run since scoring at Yarmouth in October when missing the break at Goodwood earlier in the month. He'll have come on a bundle for that and gets the nod.
