Verdict

Roger Charlton's Sea Of Heartbreak has won both starts this term after her maiden race success on her final start as a juvenile and she has every chance of completing a four-timer but a 7lb rise for her most recent success at Salisbury is harsh and she may have to settle for minor honours in a race taken to go to NAMASKAR, who gets the vote over Nafura. Saeed Bin Suroor's filly has run creditably in her two previous starts this term without really threatening the judge but the yard's runners are in better form now so it would come as no surprise to see her running better today. Luca Cumani's Akinoshirabe stepped up from her debut outing when successful in a Newcastle maiden last time but she looks to have plenty of weight to carry for what she has achieved. Sir Michael Stoute's Heavenly Dawn looks similarly poorly treated off a mark of 81 following her narrow maiden win at Windsor, while Amanda Perrett's Roxy Flyer has more to do than when successful at Goodwood last time. The vote then goes the way of John Gosden's Namaskar, who won his only start at two in good fashion and made a pleasing reappearance in a Salisbury handicap when chasing home Contredanse; he can go one better today.
