Eternal Path ran a creditable race on her debut in October when third of 20 behind Measured Tempo in a soft ground Newmarket maiden but Sir Michael Stoute's filly is bred to do better still on a faster surface and gets the vote to open her account ahead of Beautiful Reward and Loulwa. The last mentioned never looked like troubling the winner but ran a fair race on her debut on Lingfield's Polytrack when last seen in October and has to be of interest on her turf debut. The Michael Jarvis-trained Folk Opera has similar claims, while Tebee is speedily bred and not entitled to stay this far. Geoff Wragg's Fidelia is out of a half-sister to Rebecca Sharp but has yet to show her sort of ability, while Mirthful needs to improve on her debut form here to trouble the judge. James Fanshawe's Beautiful Reward showed plenty of promise when a creditable second behind Hi Calypso on a soft surface on her only start at two and has to be respected but Eternal Path looks to have plenty in her favour and she is preferred.
