A wide open maiden gets proceedings underway and as usual in these events the market will be all important but the principals look to be Revivalisim, Golden Penny and First Trim and the narrow vote is given to Revivalisim. The selection is a well-bred colt by Where Or When that hails from a yard in good form, and although he will probably be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time, he looks the value bet in an open affair. Golden Penny is related to Group winners in South Africa and is another that could go well but his stable are not renowned for first time out winners. First Trim is another that could go well as he is a well bred-colt by Acclamation and he should go on the ground and with his yard in form he should be watched in the market. Of those to have run, Huzza ran well on his debut when fourth behind Mount Pleasure and is sure to improve but in a race where the market may well tell all for the winner we return to Revivalism.
