In depth

Verdict

Tees Components has been well placed to win four bumpers and has a bright future in staying handicaps on the level judged on a close second in the Queen's Prize. However, a 7lb subsequent rise may prove beyond Mary Reveley's charge over this shorter trip. Amigo has enjoyed a most profitable time for a step up in trip on the all-weather and looked most unlucky last time having been repeatedly denied a run in the closing stages while Prompt Payment showed promise last term and is capable of further progress. Barathea Blazer is another open to further improvement having been lightly raced while The Glen shaped promisingly on his return and may appreciate the extra two furlongs.
