Verdict
Ardamir didn't pull up any trees here on his UK debut and has ground to make up on Fitzwilliam. Jaleo only won by a short-head at Catterick and will find this much tougher under a penalty. Cobra De Mai pulled much too hard at Warwick and will need to settle better here to get home and a few of his fellow French imports probably have more scope. CLAN DES OBEAUX only won a minor bumper in April but is well regarded and may stay on too strongly for Closer To Home, who won twice on the Flat but only at a modest level, and Baraymi.
