In depth

Verdict

Eve Johnson Houghton has her string in good fettle at present and the highly-consistent GOLDEN WEDDING should go well for the Blewbury handler on the back of a sequence of solid efforts over this trip. He's been left on an unchanged mark after running third here last time and will hopefully handle these quicker conditions. Daring Day has shown promise on all three maiden starts and looks on a decent mark for his first handicap experience with the booking of Andrea Atzeni for George Peckham taking the eye. Severus and Exceeding Power are not discounted whilst it will be interesting to see if Summersault appreciates this trip after looking below par the last twice over 6f.
