SUNARISE gets the nod ahead of Centime and Norse Dame in a tough finale. The last named ran well here in June but was a tad below expectations in a warm maiden at Newmarket last time out. However, that was a messy race and it may be prudent to give the David Elsworth-trained filly another chance - especially as she will be good value to make the frame this afternoon. Centime has done very little wrong since wining on soft ground at Nottingham at the start of June, so can also be rated as a big threat on this occasion. However, Sunarise has steadily improved with racing experience and is fancied to be a stride ahead this lot when push comes to shove. The Richard Hannon team have enjoyed another stellar week and, although success at this level will be overshadowed by achievements elsewhere; a victory for Sunarise would still be a fitting end to another prosperous week.
