Although this looks competitive, PAPAL PARADE was so impressive at the Curragh last month that even an 11lb rise doesn't look enough to halt her progress. She had scored over this track and trip earlier and Eamonn O'Connell's lightly-raced mare looks one to follow. Bainne may find stepping up in trip with a 7lb rise to contend with for her victory at the Curragh just a step too far but Kandahari, who beat the selection at Gowran, is an obvious threat despite being worse off at the weights. A Shin Kildare scored over 1m4f at Roscommon and doesn't look overburdened for her handicap debut while Best Destination was only headed in the dying strides on her first start in a handicap at the Curragh last month.
