Fairylike has always appeared better over further and was beaten a long way into fourth at Cork on Saturday. Shiramiyna looked a progressive filly before a moderate effort on her handicap debut at the Curragh where she looked as though she needed stronger handling. Independent Girl is likely to set a strong gallop though she's been getting caught inside the final furlong over 7f which could set up the race for FRED FENSTER. Edward Lynam's charge finally lost his maiden tag on his first start over today's trip at Cork on Saturday and can go on to better things now he's got his head in front. The lightly-raced Cnocan Diva has run well over slightly further at the Curragh on her last two starts and is expected to give a good account of herself.
