Verdict

This has been run seven times and Aidan O'Brien has won the lot. Frontier never got involved on his debut over a mile at the Curragh earlier this month but stayed on nicely once getting the hang of things while THOMASGAINSBOROUGH went to Tipperary with a big reputation but struggled in the very testing ground. Both will have gained from the experience and it's the latter who gets the vote to keep up the stable's incredible run. Casual Creeper produced his best run to date over the C&D a fortnight ago and Kevin Prendergast's Galileo colt Dante Inferno is a half-brother to the useful Puttore. Jim Bolger's juveniles have been in superb form all year and the Teofilio colt Light Heavy is one to note as is Dermot Weld's Galileo colt Treasure The Ridge, a half-brother to winning miler Treasure The Cross. Jessica Harrington's filly Dane Street is a half-sister to the Dewhurst winner Intense Focus.
