In depth

Verdict

There's plenty of winning track form on view with Tide Of Time having won four times here. He beat STRONG JOHNSON half-a-length on soft ground in July when the latter was on a hat-trick but is now 12lb worse off with the runner-up, who made a winning reappearance at the Curragh before landing a big prize there next time. The latter has changed stables but can go in again. Ramiro completed a late summer double over 7f on heavy ground so this looks on the short side but Roxette, a winner over that trip at Cork last month, showed very good pace over 6f at the Curragh earlier this month. Mrs Bouquet was a very smart juvenile for Mark Johnston and has been in winning form at Dundalk over the winter so should get competitive but Sounds Of Spring could do with some rain. Shabaaby, three-times a winner in the UK, made a cracking Turf debut for Jonny Levins at Naas and has surprisingly been dropped 1lb.
