A poor maiden and the Ballydoyle team will be hoping for a much better run from the superbly-bred FERDINAND MAGELLAN, a son of Montjeu and a half-brother to three winners in the USA. He has undoubtedly been disappointing to date but the longer trip and better ground may help to galvanise him into action. Changeisgonacome has run well enough in both starts to suggest there is a race in him and he should be spot-on for this though he doesn't have much in hand over Paloma Blanca on their run behind Bright Horizon at the Curragh and Charles O'Brien's daughter of Sadler's Wells can go well at a fair price. Notalossonya made a reasonable start behind Crazy Days over a mile here and will have benefited from the experience.
