BATTLEROFTHEBOYNE (NAP) had been in superb form before finishing mid-division behind tonight's rival Blueberry Gal here last month though he got no sort of run and with Tom Madden's claim to aid his cause he's taken to gain compensation. The winner has since run well behind Catwilldo at Bellewstown and collateral form suggests there should be little between the trio this time. Red All Star has only won once in 16 starts but is now 13lb lower and has run reasonably well on his two latest starts. Friendship Is Love had some decent form for David Elsworth in 2013 so the market should be watched.
