Winning point-to-pointer and bumper MY MATE MOZZIE made a sparkling debut over timber at Punchestown when making all for a very easy victory. This is a stiffer test but he looks the type to go on to better things. San Salvador won a bumper then a maiden hurdle before stepping up to this grade at Tipperary where he made the running until coming down at the last. Chemical Energy had some smart bumper form before easily landing the odds over 2m4f here in September while stable companion Boothen Boy comfortably beat a subsequent winner over 2m3f at Downpatrick. Serenity Grove didn’t look right when easily beaten at Limerick after impressing at Downpatrick.
