Verdict

Chosen Thyme made a successful debut at Kilbeggan where he was always in the front rank and stayed on strongly when leading inside the final furlong. Kiki Badger showed plenty of potential at Leopardstown while winning point-to-pointer Music Drive chased home the odds-on Redemption Day on the same track. SANDOR CLEGANE started off with a victory at Punchestown before chasing home the high-class Facile Vega at Leopardstown. He’s unlikely to meet one of the winner’s calibre here and should get back on the winning trail.
