ANDREAS VESALIUS won a conditions' race over 5f here last May and has raced exclusively at Group 2 and Group 3 level subsequently. He's taking a drop in class here and Jake Coen's claim puts him in the driving seat. Areille came with a late burst to score at Fairyhouse and, though 7lb higher Joey Sheridan claim 3lb. Hernes Hill showed potential at Dundalk in November and looked to have something in hand when landing a Cork maiden so an opening mark of 79 looks fair. Forca Brasil, who made a successful debut at Newmarket in April last year, ran well enough at Down Royal last week to get into the frame for this while Marsa, who completed a Dundalk double in the autumn, ran better than her form figure suggests at the Curragh last month. J J Jumbo was sent to Dubai for the winter but didn't show much.
