A four-year-old won this a year ago but the previous six renewals went to three-year-olds with Jim Bolger winning three of those. He's represented here by VASTITAS, who finally got off the mark on soft ground at Roscommon last week. Tonight's extra furlong will suit and she looks on a fair enough mark to complete a quick double. Ted Dolly continues in good form though a 3lb rise for being beaten at Leopardstown last week won't go down well with connections. Crystal Morning, a winner over 1m1f at Tipperary, has found an extra furlong beyond here recently and should do better. The older brigade are headed by Aznavour, who just failed to hold Bold Thady Quill and Deire Na Sli in a strong handicap over 1m1f at Cork last time. He should go well while Blackwitch Woman made all over 1m2f at Roscommon and will enjoy the cut in the ground after recent rain.
