STATTLER easily landed the odds when making his bumper debut at Fairyhouse then came up against a couple of smart performers at Naas. He was attempting to concede a stone to a subsequent easy winner next time which proved just beyond him and he can make a successful hurdling debut. Fantasio D'alene landed a Punchestown bumper last October but was well beaten when tackling Listed company on his debut over timber in March. Vanillier won a point at Dromahane last December but looked one-paced over 2m4f at Punchestown on his hurdling debut so this could be on the short side. L'Impertinent has a cracking pedigree for jumping and is one to note for the future.
