Verdict

John Oxx won this last year and Alindjar will be better for his run at Cork where he looked very green. He should reverse placings with Dynamite Dixie, who had the benefit of two previous runs. Kevin Prendergast has been successful in three of the last five so his newcomer Qasser should be respected but the front-running Lord Jim hasn't quite been getting home and looks vulnerable to finishers. STRADA COLORATO made a very pleasing debut behind Learn at Leopardstown and the winner ran well in two Group 1's subsequently. He had the more experienced Miss Dylan behind that day and gets the vote in this tricky opener as Violet Lashes was a bit disappointing on her return at the Curragh and will need to raise her game.
