Another big field of maidens, most of which are making their debuts. By Galileo, ELIZABETHOFARAGON is a sister to two winners including Kingsbarns, who won the Racing Post Trophy. She’s in next month’s Fillies’ Mile and may have more speed over this trip than the Deep Impact filly Fancy Blue, who runs in the same colours. Emerald Green, who completes the Ballydoyle trio, is out of a mare that has already produced seven winners. She is also by Galileo and it will disappointing if she can’t win good races. Brinjal has a cracking pedigree being by Kingman and a half-sister to smart middle-distance fillies Timepiece and Passage Of Time while Mazara is the first foal to race of a Listed winner, though she will probably also need further. Instancia, by Dawn Approach, and Siamese are also worth noting for future reference and those with experience, Chasing The Dawn and Elite Craft, find themselves in potentially smart company.
