Rolling Rocket won this last year then followed up at Punchestown but he's 10lb higher and hasn't run since April. The Shepherd King hasn't won for three years but ran his best race for a long time when runner-up to Realt Mor at Down Royal last week and a repeat would see him in the action. Kilmurry Kid has won around here and is slowly dropping to a winnable mark but it's difficult to see past DARK OUTSIDER despite dropping dramatically in trip since last month's victory over 2m6f at Tramore. His earlier success came over 2m2f so this trip should hold no fears and he still looks very well treated compared to his hurdles rating.
