Verdict

Unless there is something special among the newcomers, PARLIAMENT SQUARE should have no problems losing his maiden tag. Well beaten behind Dawn Approach on his debut, he was sent to Royal Ascot for the Windsor Castle stakes and was beaten less than two lengths in fifth, just failing to quicken inside the final furlong. He'll be a warm order here and has to be the pick. Grafelli showed very good pace over 7f at the Curragh and only faded inside the final furlong so he'll have come on enough to do himself justice. David Wachman won this last year so the very speedily-bred Three Sea Captains should be kept an eye on as he makes his debut while Impound is another to note.
