Verdict

Gordon Elliott has some excellent bumpers in his yard and SPACE CADET is amongst them. He was very green on his debut over hurdles then went to Leopardstown and gained a convincing victory, form that should be good enough for this. Winning point-to-pointer Pylonthepressure is an obvious danger after an impressive victory at Thurles while any further rain will aid the cause of Baby Rich, who scored in heavy ground at Ayr.
