Roaring Gallagher made a successful debut at Bellewstown before taking on better company. Sea Legend has run in some strong maidens but has been finding little in the closing stages but DUKE OF LEGGAGH (NAP) had little chance at the weights when last of six in a Curragh Listed race on Monday. He had been running very well in handicaps previously and can get back to winning ways. New Variant enjoyed stepping up to 1m4f at Tipperary but he was always in the front rank so the drop in trip shouldn't be a problem. Roman Hands still looked green when landing a Galway maiden last July, a race that has worked out well, while Signora Bellissima just held on over this trip at Leopardstown and is 8lb higher.
