Verdict
Faraway Sound looks the one to be with in this nursery handicap and he gets the vote over Visterre and Adozen Dreams. Patrick Haslam's colt is a course and distance winner and having scored here two starts ago, he wasn't disgraced last time at York when he chased home Anglezarke. That was a sound effort on her handicap debut and with ground conditions to suit here she looks the obvious choice. Visterre is interesting as she ran green but still won her maiden last time out over this course and distance and she looks the type that should come on plenty for the experience. Adozen Dreams dead-heated here last time out and she is open to further progress, but she would probably be better suited by a bit of juice in the ground tonight. Wigan Pier wasn't beaten far by Adozen Dreams in that race last time and Tim Easterby's filly should be suited by the return to this faster ground after struggling on a heavy surface at Haydock last time. This is quite trappy, but Faraway Sound makes plenty of appeal and gets the vote.
