The course and distance form of Beau Aritiste looks to be solid enough and he is defiantly one to watch out for in the future. However, it is unfortunate for him that Sir Michael Stoute has seen fit to send South Atlantic up from Newmarket and, although he is unlikely to be the best value on offer today, he is probably going to take all the beating in this company. The way he finished the race on his reappearance at Thirsk would suggest that the step up to a mile should not be a problem and he will not be too heavily penalised if he gets off the mark today. Chantress is another to take notes on for next time. The rest are already exposed.
