Verdict

Family Venture, Gangsters R Us and Doe Nal Rua look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap chase and the vote is given to Gangsters R Us. The selection has dropped to as handy mark and was a fair second behind Family Venture last time. However he is three pounds better off with that rival for two lengths and he is taken to score under conditions that suit. Family Venture rates the main danger despite rising in the weights but he has not won off a mark this high for over three years and for that reason he is opposed. Doe Nal Rua is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Lord Capitane but he remains a maiden after 18 starts so can not be backed with any confidence. Simlet was in front of Doe Nal Rua last time and is another with definite place claims but she is very one paced so is over looked here. Of the remainder Jallastep is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Gangsters R Us.
