GOLDAN JESS scored over hurdles when last at the track in May and had been in fine form on the all-weather before that. Given today's limited opposition, he may finally break his duck on this surface and gets the speculative vote. Geanie Mac has won a seller over today's distance and finished ahead of Vittachi and La Bacouetteuse when third over 1m5f at Ayr last time. The latter is capable of reversing the form on his day but it's anybody's guess when that will be given he's so unreliable. Raleigh Quay could prove best of the remainder.
