In depth

Verdict

This looks an ordinary maiden on paper and Picture Frame, Sweet Candy and Mystery World all enter calculations and Picture Frame is accordingly nominated. The recent Hamilton form should be taken with a pinch of salt as there was heavy rain ahead of that outing but all Picture Frame's previous efforts on fast ground have been relatively credible and winners have come out of the races. Sweet Candy is a full sister to useful performer, Desert Royal. That horse was successful over further so the market needs to be watched to engage how forward she is in her work. Mystery World was sent on to win his race at Warwick last time out and is hastily dropped back to five furlongs this afternoon. Aggbag ran an encouraging debut at Lingfield and can come on for the experience. Not a great race by any stretch of the imagination but obvious claims are held by Picture Frame and an overdue success should now be forthcoming.
