        Verdict

        MATERIALISM beat a subsequent dual winner when landing his maiden at Lingfield in January and looks potentially well handicapped for his return to action. Mark Johnston's colt is preferred to Trading, who won twice in April before his recent poor effort at Thirsk, but this looks tougher than the seller Dolly Parton won earlier this month. Fairlie Dinkum is slipping down the weights and will strip fitter for last month's comeback run, while Prince Of Passion and Sweet Cheeks are unexposed and could prove best of the rest.
