In depth

Verdict

Followers of the champion jockey could be going home happy as promising point-to-point winner RACING EUROPE appears to have been found a decent opportunity to make a winning start under Rules. Gurkha Brave was only beaten half-a-length here last month and should be in the firing-line again while Warriors Tale was sent off favourite at Ayr in November and only beaten a length. Lawsons Thorns was second at Market Rasen in September while newcomer El Namoose has a Flat pedigree and represents a yard that does well with its bumper horses - he won't be short of pace.
