        Verdict

        Sir Mark Prescott's yard has struck form with a vengeance and better is expected from Oasis Cannes after a pipe-opener at Haydock. Wellingrove is another likely improver with a run under his belt while newcomer Oriental Romance cost 50,000 euros and is a half-sister to five winners. MAZEPPA wasn't suited by the drop back to 5f at Catterick last week and should find this trip much more to his liking. Keith Dalglish's juvenile can finally get his head in front as Out Of The Blocks is already starting to look exposed.
