Verdict
COPPERWOOD takes to the track for the fifteenth time this year for Mark Johnston and is taken to post a first success of 2013. He inhabits a perfectly workable mark and produced another solid effort just five days ago when a respectable second to Sound Advice at Newcastle. He looks a decent option in a modest contest. Hail Promenader is not the force of old but remains perfectly capable of delivering a competitive effort here off an unchanged mark of 62 following a useful Chepstow effort last time behind Sharp And Smart over this trip. Eastward Ho has found life undoubtedly tougher since being punished by the handicapper for last season's victories but hasn't gone too badly the last twice and should be on the premises in this grade off a mark of 67.
