      Verdict

A wide open handicap here and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Pop Up Again, Kalani Star and Son of Thunder and the vote is given to Pop Up Again. The selection was a fair second behind Attaca last time out off this mark and from what looks a good draw he need only run up to that mark to score. Kalani Star rates the main danger but he was behind the selection last time out and there is no reason why he should gain his revenge on the same terms here. Son Of Thunder has dropped to a handy mark and goes well at the track but this hold up performer needs everything to drop right for him to score and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Sir Bond has dropped to a handy mark and now that he returns to a more suitable trip he should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Joshua's Gold is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Pop Up Again.
