Dizoard has had an outing on the Flat since winning easily over a longer trip here in November but has been raised 12lb for that success. Avondhu Pearl wasn’t beaten far over track and trip recently despite finishing only fifth and has a shout on that form but DANCEINTOTHELIGHT has been threatening a return to winning ways with a couple of recent placed efforts and Donald McCain’s veteran looks to have a slightly easier task in this. Rioja Day remains 5lb higher than when successful over a shorter trip here in November but Betancourt has won twice on the Flat since last over hurdles in 2017 and could go well.
